- Determining the treatment plan
- Sequence of appointments as well as applicable rates
- Mucous membrane assessment
- Overall assessment of dental health
- If desired, make appointments for the established treatment plan
- Taking x-rays (panoramic and routine)
- Data collection: TMJ, gums, present and absent teeth
